NEXiSTM Series controllers are industrial production line control systems, which offer:

 

- easy integration into virtually any type of extrusion process

 

- four relay outputs, 2 analogue outputs

 

- USB, RS232 and CANbus connectivity

 

- independent tolerance settings, shrinkage setting, alarm functions, speed input.

 

- simple connection to Proton diameter, capacitance and speed/length gauges

 

CS2G

The NEXiSTM CS2G monitors product dimensions or capacitance, and outputs control data to production equipment, ensuring preset limits are not exceeded, making it ideal for cable insulation, jacketing, tubing and many other applications.

 

The CS2G is also compatible with other manufacturers’ measurement gauges.

 

CS3G

The advanced CS3G features and LCD backlit display, password protection, product presets, graphical FFT, graphical SPC, statistics, and flaw detection, and an integrated auto-adaptive PID controller.

Operators can control product presets, and a range of statistical data settings, as well as standard settings.

 

Multiple line control configurations are available, including diameter and wall thickness control using core, hot and cold diameter with automatic shrinkage, as well as simultaneous capacitance display.
